Home Owners Association Dues

$1,000 is due at closing of the initial purchase with a monthly amount based on square footage:

  • Clare Flat (3rd phase): $85/month
  • Ardeen Townhome (3rd Phase): $170/month
  • Kells Flat (2nd Phase): $150/month
