Ivy Quad, located across the street from the University of Notre Dame, is a 60-unit condominium complex with the architecture, privacy, and community to make a condominium at Notre Dame feel like home. Designed by Notre Dame School of Architecture Professors and trained designers, Ivy Quad’s exterior features a uniformed collegiate gothic look that is nearly identical to the beautiful buildings seen on campus. On the inside homeowners have the choice between one of four floor plans ranging in size from 1,400 to nearly 6,000 square feet, allowing them to find the perfect Notre Dame home to match their lifestyle.
